The staff were genuinely helpful and efficient hole time of my stay. It was in a prime and comfortable location walking distance to restaurants and bars. Ate at Super Duper Spot, it's relatively close to the venue.

The location was unbeatable - near restaurants and bars. Everything was really good, yet a few employees were not very friendly. The room was well-appointed with a pullout couch and an excellent view and 2 double beds.

I enjoyed the room in which were in the same condition, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The coffee and fruit for breakfast were much appreciated. The venue was in a central location just next door to downtown and restaurants, and bars and restaurants in downtown Lakeland.

The breakfast had lots of food, including outstanding coffee and fruit. The location was great and lovely, a 10-15 minute walk from a Central Florida museum. It also had free parking and was near pubs and bars.

It had great and the best location a few steps away from Allen Kryger Park. Appreciated our rooms in which where in the same condition. We didn't want to leave and would love to return.

The breakfast had lots of excellent food and drinks. Got reasonably large room with 2 double beds, an excellent view plus a pullout couch - always come in handy. The location was central, favourable surprised on how dated everything was. It was overall clean, I will be back.

Reasonably clean hotel with greatfacilities and well-trained and very professional staff. Ideal and magnificent location, not too far from Munn Park. Walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Place was spotlessly clean and tremendous. Central location, at a medium distance from a Central Florida museum. Fairly quiet rooms in which were in the same condition, really nice stay! Affable, amicable staff towards all guests. Lots of food at breakfast like coffee and fruit.

The location was marvellous and the best, for example, a lakefront botanical garden was within a close distance from the hotel. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles.

We were pleased to find elegant and big size rooms at this classic old hotel. Really enjoyed our room that was needs updated equipment including dumbells and available with an excellent view and a pullout couch, for instance. The excellent staff accommodated all the needs. The location was marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from a lakefront botanical garden. Took a walk around city center, located at a moderate distance from the venue.

The hotel is located in a quaint and safe area, with beautiful views of the lake. There are a variety of restaurants just around the corner, making it convenient for dining. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with charming period details. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing good service. Additionally, the hotel offers outlets everywhere, perfect for working or charging devices.

The breakfast selection could be larger and available earlier.
